At The Adventure Institute, we believe every child deserves the chance to explore, learn and grow through the outdoors. Inspired by the Swedish philosophy of Friluftsliv, “outdoor living”, we create playful, hands-on experiences that teach children outdoor skills while sparking curiosity, confidence and holistic growth.

We are building a team of passionate, creative, and mission-driven individuals who want to make a meaningful impact on children, families and communities. This is an opportunity to shape a brand, programs and products that help kids discover the joy of outdoor learning—right from the ground up.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome explorers in every sense—people who are excited to dream big, move fast, and make things happen. Roles may include:

  • Technology & Product: Build and scale platforms, apps, and digital tools that bring outdoor learning to life.

  • Marketing & Community: Grow our brand, engage families and educators, and build a vibrant, mission-aligned community.

  • Operations & Partnerships: Help bring our adventure kits and programs to stores, schools, and organizations worldwide.

  • Education & Program Development: Design experiences that teach kids outdoor skills while fostering curiosity, resilience, and holistic growth.

At this stage, we’re looking for creative, entrepreneurial people who thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Early contributors will have the chance to shape the company’s direction, influence our culture and directly impact the next generation of young explorers.
